For invitation letters we will use the following templates. Please, just let us know the indicated missing data by emailing it to us (Linda Preston lindflan@soe.ucsc.edu).

  • Template for invitation letter (for VISA purposes) for authors of accepted papers.
  • Template for invitation letter (for VISA purposes) for participants in the symposium without accepted paper.

Even though this site is set up for U.S. Citizens, they do provide information for citizens of other countries.
