RTSS 2011 Online Registration

The registration fees for RTSS 2011 are as shown in the table below. Each fee includes 20% VAT for Austria in addition to the base fee. Any attendee who may be eligible for a VAT refund should please pursue that process themselves.

For RTSS authors, at least one author per paper must register at the full (non-student) fee.
Extra page charges (for more than 10 pages in a paper) may be paid during the registration process at a cost of $165 ($150 + $15 VAT) per page.
Extra banquet tickets may be purchased at a cost of $132 ($110 + $22 VAT) per ticket during the registration process. Guest lunch tickets also may be purchased during the registration process at a cost of $48.50 ($35 + $3.50 VAT) per ticket.

Note: The refund for any cancelled registration will be subject to an administrative overhead fee of $100 if canceled by October 31, 2011 (GMT-12). Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made after that day and time, and would only be issued at the discretion of the conference organizers depending on conference finances.
