	Is the review double-blind?
No. There is no intent to hide author names from reviewers.

What is the format and page limit?
Full papers must be submitted electronically through our web form in a
pdf format. The material must be unpublished and not
under submission elsewhere. The paper should be no more than 10 pages

        What is a double-submission?
The submitted papers must be original material not previously published or currently considered for publication in another refereed workshop, conference, or journal. Papers that previously appeared as non-refereed technical reports may be submitted to RTSS.
Notice: Double submissions and other instances of plagiarism will be reported to the IEEE Computer
Society.

What if I can't complete my paper by the deadline?
