I am a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Computing at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I work as a research assistant in NIMBUS Lab under the supervision of Dr. Carrick Detweiler and Dr. Justin Bradley. My research focus includes distributed control, consensus algorithms, co-regulation techniques, and multi-agent system.

I earned my BS in Computer Science at University of Colombo School of Computing (UCSC), Sri Lanka. I have a MS in Computer Science from North Dakota State University, USA. In between I worked as a student instructor (TA) at UCSC and as a Software Engineer at Ebuilder, Sri Lanka.

I love traveling and hiking. I have visited 29/62 National Parks in the US and a majority of the National Parks in Sri Lanka. I enjoy reading books, playing outdoor sports (cricket, badminton, & recently into golf), and playing board games.
