The midterm will be held during class on Friday, March 12. You will have 50 minutes to complete this exam. Students in CSCE 423 must answer four 25-point problems, and students in CSCE 823 must answer five 25-point problems.
On the exam you may use one 8.5 x 11 inch sheet as a reference, with anything written on either side. You must submit this sheet with your exam at the end of the period or you will not get credit for taking it.
If, when completing an exercise on this exam, your solution utilizes as a subroutine an algorithm presented in class, you may simply refer to it by name. You do not need to write it down, unless you modify it as part of your solution.
