Installing drivers for DE-2 board

1. Download component.zip from http://cse.unl.edu/~witty/class/embedded/document/altera/component.zip.
2. Unzip the file in your PC. You should see a directory called component afterward.
3. Copy every subdirectories under component to C:\altera\kits\nios2_60\components directory (if you install your nios2 software under different directory, look for kits\nios2_60\components directory). 
4. You should now be able to see all the components to properly use the DE-2 board under Terasic Technology in SOPC builder.
