FAQ for Submissions
  1. Is the review double-blind?
    No. There is no intent to hide author names from reviewers.

  2. What is the format and page limit?


  3. Full papers must be submitted electronically through our web form in a pdf format. The material must be unpublished and not under submission elsewhere. The paper should be no more than 10 pages in two-column, 10pt format, not more than 6 lines per inch. (See ftp://pubftp.computer.org/Press/Outgoing/proceedings/IEEE_CS_Latex8.5x11x2.zip for IEEE Computer Society LaTeX template.)

    Notice: Papers exceeding these limits will not be considered for review.

  4. What is a double-submission?
    The submitted papers must be original material not previously published or currently considered for publication in another refereed workshop, conference, or journal. Papers that previously appeared as non-refereed technical reports may be submitted to RTSS.

    Notice: Double submissions and other instances of plagiarism will be reported to the IEEE Computer Society.

  5. What if I can't complete my paper by the deadline?
    A special Work in Progress (WiP) session will be organized and announced later. This session will for presentation of on-going and recent work.
