My Bio:

I was born in Fargo, ND to Jim and Teri Anderson, and spent the first 11 years of my life living on a farm south of Christine, ND. As a child I loved playing outdoors, watching cartoons, and playing any type of sport. Living in North Dakota, I didn't have any professional sports teams immediately nearby, but I became an avid fan of Minnesota teams, especially the Twins. One of my favorite memories is going to the ALCS with my dad in 2002 to watch the Twins host the Angels.

In the middle of 6th grade my family moved to Pella, IA. While it was a change, I liked living in a new place, and grew to love the town. Pella is known for its Dutch heritage, and every year it hosts a Tulip Festival, which was always fun because we got half days of school for the event. In high school I played tennis, was in choir, was an avid member of the Speech and Drama department, and was TSA president.

My family consists of my parents, Jim and Teri, and my younger sister Claire, who is a sophomore in High School. My dad likes to work on classic cars, and he has restored a 1930 Ford Model A, and is in the process of restoring a 1962 Chevy Biscayne. My mom is an avid reader and likes to spend time with the family and watch Wheel of Fortune. My sister is on the JV Drill Team, and also likes to sing and act. When I was younger we had a lot of pets, including a few dogs and tons of cats. Now we just have a dog named Bella.
