WEUSE I has ended, thanks to all who attended and participated. We are planning future versions of WEUSE including, we hope, WEUSE II at CHI 2006, in Montreal in April 2006.
The program for the first WEUSE was structured around four themes. These themes corresponded to the major topics present in the papers that were accepted to the workshop, and that were, in the judgement of the workshop chairs, of greatest importance and interest to the workshop attendees. Each theme was introduced by a lead speaker who set forth his or her vision in the theme area, taking into account the relevant papers.
