About Me

My name is Dongyuan Zhan. I graduated from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Ph.D. degree in December 2012. My Advisers are Dr. Hong Jiang and Dr. Sharad C. Seth.

I was mainly focusing on the topics of enhancing the performance of CMP memory hierarchies. I also once worked on a research project about the cooperation among OS, runtime and architecture, collaborated between my two advisors and Dr. Witawas Srisa-an who was also in my advisory committee.

Since September 2012, I have been working in AMD's advanced system power modeling team as a senior design engineer.
