A Brief Bio

Deepti Joshi is a PhD student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the department of Computer Science and Engineering since June 2007. Currently Deepti is a graduate research assistant in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering working under Dr. Ashok Samal and Dr. Leen-Kiat Soh. Before coming to UNL, Deepti was at Northwest Missouri State University since 2004 where she received her Master’s in Applied Computer Science and taught in the Computer Science Department for a year.

Research Interests

Spatial Data Mining, Polygonal Spatial Clustering, Volunteered Geographic Information Systems, Spatial Epidemiology, Bioinformatics
