A while back we held a workshop with our robotics students and UNL dance students to explore the interaction of technology and dance.  This was part of a collaboration with the Pilobolus Dance Company and went along with their performance at the Lied Center.  On Friday, April 27 at 7pm there will be a segment on NET Television that documents this collaboration as part of the NET series entitled NEBRASKA STORIES.  It will also be posted online after it airs and we will be sure to post the link.

A little back we worked with held a workshop with UNL Robotics and Dance students to create mini-performances with dancers and robots.  This was inspired by a performance by Pilobolus at the Lied Center.  I had previously worked with them and others while I was at MIT to help create a modern dance performance with quadrotors.  Here is a story about it from the Big Ten Network
