The Schorr Center (formerly South Stadium), located on the south side of Memorial Stadium, is the ideal space for an event, with easy access to Husker football games and the center of City Campus.

Available Rental Space and Capacity

• The second floor of the Schorr Center is an excellent venue to hold a tailgate, cocktail reception or small banquet.
• Capacity:
  • Stand-up reception: 75 - 100
  • Sit-down dinner: 88

Rental Policies and Food Service Considerations

• Standard business hours for the UNL Schorr Center are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Rental of the facility is available during non-business hours.
• Any organization reserving the facility must be the same organization that will pay for utilize the facility for the originally stated purpose. Hosting for another type of organization to obtain a lower rental rate is not allowed.
• Kitchen facilities are not available but specific areas can be made available for serving food prepared in advance. A suggested caterer list will be provided with the reservation forms.
